BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A late Victorian gold citrine brooch, circa 1880. The oval-shape citrine, with circular-shape citrine sides, within an openwork scrolling surround. Length 6cms. Weight 10.9gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Crack to one area of the surround. Citrines medium brownish-yellow, well saturated, with fair to good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. With safety chain.
