A late Victorian 18ct gold diamond three-stone ring. The graduated old-cut diamond line, inset to the tapered band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.20ct, J-K colour, SI clarity. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Hallmarks for London, 1885. Weight 6.2gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Ring has been given a very high polish finish. Band shows evidence of resize. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright and lively. Principal diamond colour and clarity has been assessed within the limitations of the setting. Individual size and setting of side diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Ring size N 1/2.
