BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A late 19th century platinum and gold, diamond and seed pearl bow brooch. The rose-cut diamond bow, with similarly-cut diamond and seed pearl floral highlights, suspending a rose-cut diamond pear-shape drop. Length 4.4cms. Weight 9.1gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
