BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A late 19th century gold micro mosaic brooch. Of rectangular outline, the mosaic depicting St. Peters square, within a geometric engraved surround. Length 3.3cms. Total weight 9.8gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Possible replacement fittings. Small chips and nicks to the edge of the black surround, few deep sccratches to the edges. Possible replacement mount. Mosaic in good condition. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
