BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A late 19th century gold hardstone, split pearl and enamel cameo brooch. Carved to depict a bacchante, within a black enamel border, with split pearl accents. Length 4cms. Weight 20.8gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Fine cracks to nacre of some split pearls. Some replacement split pearls. Minor nibbles to black enamel. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
