A late 19th century gold garnet and enamel bracelet. The foil-back oval garnet cabochon, within a white enamel foliate surround, to the curb-link chain. Length 18.3cms. Weight 15.7gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Significant scratching to the clasp and discolouration. Some scratches visible to the centre and curb-links. Typical inclusions visible to the garnet with the unaided eye, some inclusions are surface reaching. Small chips and areas of abrasion visible to the white enamel. With metal safety chain, clasp of safety chain deficient. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
