A late 19th century coral tiara. Designed as a series of faceted coral beads to the top section to the heart-shape cannetille wirework detailing beneath, a further two rows of faceted beads and an engraved border. Coral untested. Inner diameter 14cms. Weight 48.7gms.
The overall condition of this lot is fair. There is small part of the lower metal border that is bent, this may benefit from repair. Coral is well matched for colour. Largest beads measure approximately 7mm, smallest 3mm. Height of tiara at widest point 2.4cms. Height at shallowest point 1.8cms. Weight 48.7gms.
