A late 19th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond three-stone ring. The old-cut diamond, with oval-shape sapphire sides, to rose-cut diamond double spacers and scrolling gallery. Estimated diamond weight 0.60ct, I-J colour, SI clarity. Weight 4.9gms.
Overall condition good. Light surface scratches to band in keeping with general wear. Head of ring and band are separate components from the same period, stones are possible replacements. Diamond bright and lively, with small surface nicks to the girdle. Diamond assessed within the limitations of the setting. Sapphires medium blue hue, well saturated. Stamped 18ct. Ring size O.
