A late 19th century 15ct gold enamel memorial brooch. The foliate overlay, to the circular-shape gem panel within a white enamel border with floral motifs. Principal stone deficient. Length 2.4cms. Weight 7.7gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discoloration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Enamel shows chips and abrasion. principal stone is deficient foliate overlay is loose. Stones in poor condition with significant abrasion, chips and nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. stamped 15ct & T&JP fittings in good working order.
