BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A late 19 century French red tortoiseshell and boulle mantel clock. The 3.25 inch circular dial with white enamel cellular chapters having black Roman numerals, the single train timepiece movement, stamped 5089, the waisted balloon case with pierced floral surmount over foliate scroll boulle work to front and raised on cast scroll supports, 12, (30cm) high.
VGC, one unfilled hole to backplate, otherwise appears sound, minor faults to brass work but overall good, sides and rear are ebonised (not boulle). - Shipping Info
