BID ON THE-SALEROOM.COM
A lapis lazuli and diamond pendant. The circular lapis lazuli cabochon, within a rose-cut diamond halo, suspended from an integral fancy-link chain. Diameter of pendant 1.8cms. Length of chain 38cms. Weight 7.2gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. The pendant appears to have been put together from various components. The central collet is off centre to the surround. One claw is damaged to the lapis lazuli. Fairly significant scratches to the lapis lazuli in places. Lapis lazuli untested for natural colour. Diamond fairly well matched. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight estimation. Clasp stamped 9ct.
