A jadeite and diamond brooch. The carved jadeite panel depicting a bird and foliage, to the curved surround highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds. Jade untested. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Length 4.8cms. Weight 11.5gms.
Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches to mount in keeping with general wear. Jadeite untested for natural colour origin. Diamonds bright and lively. This item may have export issues, for customers outside of the EU, please note that it is the buyers responsibility to adhere to any import/ export requirements. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate and full colour and clarity assessment. Stamped 750. The US prohibits the importation of items containing rubies or jadeite originating in Burma.
