A gentleman's wrist watch. Silver case, import hallmarked Edinburgh 1928. Unsigned manual wind movement. Silvered dial with luminous Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 25mm.
Movement is not currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing. Hands show holes and discolouration to the luminous paint. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Crown is not currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and marking with dinting. Crown is detached and comes off when winding or hand setting is attempted. Strap is in a poor condition with noticeable wear, marks, creasing and discolouration. Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold.
