  A gem-set heart pendant. The heart-shape panel, inset with an old-cut diamond and circular-shape sapphire and ruby trefoil. Length 2.6cms. Weight 3.3gms
  
  Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. ruby is a medium red, well saturated, with moderate clarity and typical inclusions. Sapphire dark blue with moderate clarity and typical inclusions Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
