A garnet and split pearl fringe necklace. Designed as a series of circular-shape garnet and split pearl collets, with pear-shape drop detail, suspended from fine trace-link swags. Length 38cms. Weight 10.6gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Soft solder repair work to a number of links. One garnet and drop deficient to the top left hand corner. One split pearl deficient. The garnets are a pinkish purple colour with typical inclusions and surface nibbles, seen with magnification. Split pearls have moderate blemishes and slight nacre damage.
