BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A full hunter pocket watch by Waltham. Gold plated case with engraved monogram to the front cover. Signed keyless wind fifteen jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 50mm. Together with a gold plated Albert chain and 9ct gold stone fob.
Movement is not currently functioning. Movement with function for a short time but then stop. Functionality is not consistent. Movement is in a very poor condition with noticeable signs of rust. Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Chain shows heavy discolouration and tarnishing. Stone set in the fob appears to be in a clean consition with some light to medium scratches. This lot does not come with box or papers. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
