A full hunter pocket watch by Vulcain. Yellow metal case, stamped 18C, with crown to cover. Number 747285. Unsigned keyless wind movement with club tooth lever escapement. Discoloured dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 49mm. 68gms.
Movement is currently functioning. Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a poor condition with noticeable marks, scratches, tarnishing, some lifting of the laminate. Hands show marks and tarnishing with discolouration to the luminous paint. Glass has noticeable scuffs and multiple scratches. Glass is loose. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Hinge is loose and may require attention. Bezel is loose. Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. This lot does not come with box or papers. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
