BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A full hunter pocket watch by Rigorosa. Yellow metal case, stamped 14K with poincon. Unsigned keyless wind movement with club tooth lever escapement. Champagne dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. 56mm. 87gms.
Movement is not currently functioning. Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye. Dial appears to be in a very poor condition, none of the original detail is legible. Hands show holes and discolouration to the luminous paint. Glass has noticeable scratches and marks. Glass is loose. Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. Crown is not currently functioning correctly; the surface has light scratches and marking. Crown is at fault. It does not wind the movement and can not be used to adjust the hands. This will require attention. Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any lots sold. Due to opening of the case back we recommend this watch is re-sealed by an authorised technician to ensure any stated water resistance is retained.
