A diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, to the tapered band. Estimated diamond weight 1.40cts, I-J colour, P2 clarity. Weight 3.2gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band slightly out of shape. Soft solder repairs can be seen to one side. Evidence of repair to the setting and claws. Evidence of re-size to the band. Diamond bright. Diamond has a slight yellow tint. A fairly large dark inclusion can be seen towards the centre table easily with the naked eye, two surface reaching inclusions can be seen to the edge of the table. Surface reaching inclusions may create future durability issues. Ring size N. Stamped PLAT.
