BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A diamond cluster ring. The old-cut diamond, within a circular-cut diamond scalloped surround, to the grooved shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.70ct, principal diamond estimated J-K colour, P1-P2 clarity. Hallmarks indistinct. Weight 2.6gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band shows evidence of repair/ resize. Diamonds fairly well matched. Principal diamond with varied inclusions, some surface reaching. Individual size and setting of circular-cut diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Ring size M 1/2.
