BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A diamond and sapphire dress ring. The square-shape diamond collet, within a calibre-cut sapphire surround, to the brilliant-cut diamond line shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.65ct, tinted colour, VS clarity. Weight 3.6gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright and lively. Principal diamond is very clean under 10x magnification. A few pinpoint inclusions visible under magnification. Diamond assessed within the limitations of the mount, clarity grade may be higher. Sapphire medium purplish-blue, fairly well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in good condition with minor abrasions. Ring size L 1/2.
