BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A diamond and emerald dress ring. Of foliate design, the marquise-shape and tapered baguette-cut diamond curved line, with brilliant-cut diamond trefoil sides, to the marquise-shape emerald detail. One emerald deficient. Estimated total diamond weight 1.80cts. Weight 9.4gms.
Overall condition fair to good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Would recommend attention to all settings as some claws worn/misshaped. The emeralds have typical inclusions, light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Some small chipped areas. One emerald deficient. The diamonds are bright, with small inclusions, visible with magnification. Principal diamond estimated 0.40ct, I-J colour, SI clarity. Ring size Q.
