BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A diamond and cultured pearl floral brooch. The cultured pearl, measuring 6.4mms, within an old-cut diamond a polished petal surround, to the similarly-cut diamond stem. Estimated total diamond weight 2.55cts, I-J colour, SI clarity. Length 4.7cms. Weight 12.5gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds assessed within the limitations of the setting. Diamond colour and clarity grades based on the principal diamonds only. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Cultured pearl with a white body colour and good lustre. Pearl in good condition. Stamped 750.
