BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A diamond and aquamarine pendant and clasp set. The pendant of openwork design, with circular aquamarine cabochon centre, to the brilliant and single-cut diamond scrolling surround, together with matching clasp. Estimated total diamond weight 3.40cts. Diameter 2.8cms each. Weight 26gms.
Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general wear. The aquamarines are a light sea-greenish hue, moderately saturated, with typical inclusions and light surface abrasion. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright. The push-piece clasp has connections for a three-row necklace.
