A cultured pearl, diamond and ruby necklace. Designed as a vari-cut diamond and marquise-shape ruby foliate spray pendant, suspended from an integral single-strand of cultured pearls, to the partially concealed clasp. Estimated total diamond weight 0.80ct. Length of pendant 2cms. Length of necklace 34cms. Weight 14.6gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. Safety chain clasp has slight discolouration. The cultured pearls have a light creamy-white body colour, fairly well matched, with light surface blemishes and minor nacre damage. The rubies have light surface scratches and nibbles to the facet edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. The diamonds are bright.
