A 9ct gold ruby three-stone and diamond cluster ring. The slightly graduated oval-shape ruby line, within a single-cut diamond surround, to the grooved shoulders and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 3.3gms.
Overall condition goodMinor surface scratches to the mount in keeping with age and being worn. Diamonds too small to grade individually, bright and well matched. Some diamonds with minor chips and abrasion along the facet edges. Rubies have deep pinkish red hue with even saturation well matched. Profuse inclusions throughout stones affects transmission of light making them appear semi-opaque. Possible evidence of treatment. Ring size M1/4.
