A 9ct gold diamond single-stone ring. The brilliant-cut diamond, to the tapered shoulders and plain band. Principal diamond weight 0.47ct, stamped to band, estimated I-J colour, SI clarity. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Weight 2.2gms.
i>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Diamond is fairly bright. diamond is drawing a slight yellow colour. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. Ring size R 1/2. Please see the Important Notices for Purchasers for coloured gemstones.
