BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A 19th century Blue John tazza. Of sectional form, the shallow dish having sparse concentric veining, upon a brass mounted collar and knopped stem leading to a stepped circular foot, 6 (15.25 cm) high.
Overall in good to fair condition commensurate with age. Fairly crude join to stem and foot, possibly an old repair with infills. A few internal cracks to stem and with small knocks and wear to knops. Brass mount with wear and tarnishing. Please note: this lot contains glass, porcelain or fragile material. Buyers should take this into consideration when arranging a courier.
