BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A 1980s 18ct gold ruby and diamond bracelet. The pear-shape ruby trefoil, to the brilliant-cut diamond crossover lines and fancy-link bracelet. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Import marks fro Sheffield, 1981. Length 18cms. Weight 12gms.
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Rubies medium red to purplish red, fairly well saturated, with moderate clarity and typical inclusions. Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
