- Lot Description
BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A 1970s cultured pearl and diamond lily pendant. The cultured pearl, measuring 13.4mms, within a single-cut diamond and textured petal surround, to the tapered surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct. Length 4.9cms. Weight 13.7gms.
Overall condition good. Diamonds are bright and well matched. The pearl has cream / grey body colour with soft lustre. The pitting on the pearl is more concentrated towards the bottom, with one prominent small hole which is discoloured. The mount would benefit from a re-polish, evidence of a file scratch mark on the reverse and some discolouration to the side.
