BID ON THE-SALEROOM
A 1930's silver bonbon dish, of lobed circular form having with beaded edge and raised upon stepped pedestal base, hallmarked Jay, Richard Attenborough Co Ltd., Chester 1939, diameter measures 8 inches (20.25 cm). Together with a 1940's small silver dish of plain circular form, London 1945, diameter 3 1/8 inches (8 cm). Gross weight 9.47 ozt (294.6 grams). (2).
Overall each is in poor condition. Bonbon dish with slight depression plus four dents to bowl and with general surface scratching and rubbing throughout, hallmarks clear and legible. Smaller dish with multiple dints, knocks and scratches, hallmarks heavily worn with maker's mark illegible. - Shipping Info
