As a reminder, the local (Keswick, VA) pickup dates for this auction are Friday, Nov. 22nd from 10am-4pm and Saturday, Nov. 23rd from 10am-2pm. Can't make the pick up? No worries! Let us know so we can make an alternate plan. Need shipping? No worries! We have award winning in-house shipping- simply request it by responding to the Invoice Email sent immediately after the auction closes. Don't see it? Let us know by emailing info@fairauctionco.com.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
