Our newest auction from Keswick, VA is selling on December 11th at 7:30pm. Once sold, we will host local Keswick pickup appointments on Saturday December 14th. All terra cotta ceramic, one is glazed. *Photos taken end of summer. due to the change in seasons, we do not guarantee the life of the plants. They are included in whatever manner of growth they are at at the time of pickup.*

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
