- Lot Description
Faux leather loveseat with tufted cushions, metal base and feet. Faux leather ottoman is a similar style, but not match; top opens for storage.
Condition
Fair condition. Loveseat has some sticky residue on the back of cushions leftover from velcro adhesives. Could most likely be removed with a good cleaning. Some areas of damage to upholstery. Ottoman has some damage to the top. Loveseat measures 63 inches wide, 30.5 inches deep, 22.5 inches tall (not including back pillows) and a seat height of 16 inches. Ottoman is 33 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 18 inches tall.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the advertised two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Shipping cost= Handling + Postage (usually UPS or USPS). Handling fees for in-house shipping is (per lot): $15 for small lots, $40 for art and furniture. We use Shippo.com to get you the most competitive rate possible. Shipments are processed the week after the auction sells. For local pick up, Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder first, then email info@fairauctionco.com to have it resent.
* For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
