- Lot Description
Matching the lot before. Table and 6 chairs (2 arm 4 side). Primarily solid mahogany chair construction. Table Measures 64" x 42" x 29.5" tall. One included leaf adds 18" to the table length.
Condition
Vintage condition. Needing some refinishing or finish repair. One chair needs arm rest repair.

* After the auction, Please arrive within the two day pickup time by appointment, or request shipping in that time. Follow the signup link we will email you after the auction to let us know when you'll be arriving. * For items which remain un-claimed beyond the pickup window: Standard storage fees are $5 per lot, per day, beginning the next Tuesday following the pickup window.
* We will not assume a buyer requires shipping for any reason. The buyer agrees to request shipping in writing to info@fairauctionco.com, and they risk forfeiting their items if this request is not made within 7 days of the auction close. No refund will be extended as a result of buyer forfeiture.
