- Lot Description
Gilt bronze, just over 1 7/8" in height. Modeled in high relief with raised border, central vacant cross (no Corpus Christi) with Cyrillic inscription panels at the beam terminals. Reverse high raised borders surrounding a cross with stipple floral motif, possibly representing wheat, iconic to Ukraine. The beam junction with radials forming a saltire or St Andrew's Cross. Minor signs of wear/use. Professionally refurbished with 24karat gold surface restored, on an 18" modern gilt neck chain. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity
