- Lot Description
The period was known as the Dark Ages after the fall of the Roman Empire. Gilt bronze, size about 4 ¼+ with 3.6mm rounded face band flaring to the foliate decorated shoulders. Oval bezel, slightly canted to the band, with a variation of the familiar "Star of Bethlehem" as popular for rings of the period. The center of more diamond shape. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored and jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
