Llewellyn Xavier OBE (St. Lucian, b.1945), 'Caribbean Light', watercolour on paper, signed in pencil by artist, framed and glazed. 28m x 38cm (size in frame 74cm x 64cm). Llewellyn Xavier received his OBE in 2004 in recognition of his contributions to the art of the Commonwealth.
