Description:
Walcott, North American Wild Flowers, Smithsonian, 1925, 5 Vols., by Mary Vaux Walcott, published by The Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C., 1925, each volume containing the paper bound text and loose colored illustration plates, approximately 400 plates, plates numbered lower left of page and some initial signed lower edge of plate, verso of plates with Savannah Public Library stamp, embossed stamp on first leaves of text, in cloth bound folding cover, covers pencil inscribed "Atlas case" interior, text and covers with gilt Smithsonian crest.Measurements: Height: of each, 13 in. x Width: 9 5/8 in. x Depth: 1 3/8 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, paper toned, light wear to edges of text booklets with some creasing, occasional minor foxing.
