Description:
US Springfield Model 1858 Percussion Rifle, walnut stock with iron, the lock marked 'Springfield 1838, U.S.', and 'CBC' stamped on underside near trigger. Length of barrel: 27 in.Measurements: Length: overall 43 1/4 in.
Condition:
Fair condition, lacking ramrod, pitting and rust to iron, old marks and scratches to wood, screw on back of butt backed out slightly, one banding on barrel loose and dented, stock with minor age cracks and small patches at butt.
