Description:
Racinet's Le Costume Historique, 1888, 6 Vols. , M.A. Racinet "Le Costume Historique. Cinq Cents Planches, Trois Cents en Couleurs, Or Et Argent, Deux Cents en Camaieu," published "Paris, Librairie de Firmin-Didot Et Cie, 1888," in 6 volumes, containing color, silver and greyscale lithograph illustration plates depicting clothing from around the world, some of the plates linen backed, with library embossed stamp on title page, uniformly bound with gilt lettering on spines.Measurements: Height: of Vol. 6, 8 3/4 in. x Width: 7 3/4 in. x Depth: 3 1/8 in.
Condition:
Overall good condition, some toning and occasional foxing throughout, embossed library stamps throughout, some fraying to edges of linen leaves, light wear to covers and spines.
