Description:
Meissen Porcelain Artists Scene with Cherubs, Meissen porcelain scene of cherubs as artists, one cherub stands over the scene holding a portfolio and leaning over the easel that another cherub, seated on a stool, is working at, palette in hand, with an in progress painting of the third cherub on the canvas, the third cherub is modeling from a seat on the ground and looking away, a box with paints and tools under the easel, painted with gilt detailing, with underglaze blue crossed swords mark on bottom and number '5.'Measurements: Height: 7 1/2 in. x Width: 7 in. x Depth: 5 in.
Condition:
Excellent condition, some light wear to gilt on bottom edge.
