Group of Four Painted Wood Icons, comprising a 5 3/8 in. x 4 3/8 in. gilt and painted wood icon of Jesus (wear to edges, losses to gilt and painted surface, with pen inscription on verso), a 6 58 in. x 5 5/8 in. painted wood icon of the Virgin Mary and Child (wear to edges, craquelure to paint, minor wear to gilt, minor areas of inpainting in robes, stamped on verso), a 9 1/2 in. x 7 5/8 in. painted wood icon of the Virgin Mary and Child in a wood surround (wear and losses to surface, craquelure, chips to paint, age cracks) and a repousse gilt metal and painted wood icon of the Virgin Mary and Child in a carved wood frame (minor wear and pitting to metal, craquelure to paint, wear to edges of frame.)Measurements: Height: overall of largest 13 in. x Width: 11 5/8 in.
