This issue is Vol. 36, No. 1800, in a 5-column layout, measuring 18.75" x 12.75", 4 pages, complete as issued. Overall, clean and complete with some fold line tone at the top left of the front page where exposed. Additional important historic content includes a page 1 column 5 report at bottom on: "The British Treaty." a Pamphlet regarding "the TREATY negotiated by Messrs. MUNROE (sic) & PINCKNEY, and sent back unratified by Mr. JEFFERSON..." and much more.
