GENEVA, SWISS CYLINDER MUSIC BOX ON INLAID BURL FRUITWOOD STAND, LATE 19TH C., TOTAL SIZE: H 38", L 42", D 27":#14942 G 301; has seven 13" cylinders (originally had eight cylinders according to the playlist attached to the cover), each playing or able to play 6 tunes (airs); has 9 bells; single comb; the cylinder box housing measures: L 29", D 14 1/2" and has bronze bail side handles; the attached stand has fruitwood inlaid banding, 2 cylinder housing drawers that will accept 7 cylinders total and the whole raised on cabriole legs. No drawer keys. Wood having cracks and repairs (with repairs needing to be redone and additional repairs needed), chips/losses and wear. Rf Here are the measurements for each section of this piece: The measurements of the table are as follows, height is 22", the length 42" and the depth 27"; The measurements for the center piece, that stores the cylinders, are height approx. 6", Length 34" and depth 19"; The measurements for the music box are, height 10", length 29 1/2" and depth 15".
