- Lot Description
Vintage c1950 14K Diamond Solitaire Ring. This vintage c1950 size 6.5, 14K yellow and white gold natural diamond solitaire ring features a 7.2mm round old European cut white diamond. It is set in a 4 prong illusion box setting with a tapered domed band with etched line details and white gold kite shaped accents on the shoulders. The diamond has a nice fire and a slightly warm body color with a VS2 clarity and L color grade. The diamond is approximately 1.66 cts and measures 7.30 x 7.39 x4.58mm. As well as a good rating for cut and finish, the ring measures 1.5 x 7.5mm. The setting is marked 14k and acid tested as such, and the diamond was tested as well and has 2 pinpoint inclusions and 1 small chip. The ring weighs .114 ounces and is in good condition with slight wear to the setting. The ring comes with an insurance appraisal from a GIA certified appraiser. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. Shipping will be determined after auction.
