- Lot Description
Antique 19th - 20th Century Textile Swatch Book-Paisleys, Florals, Foulards from 1890 - 1920. The antique textile swatchbook includes approximately 325 self-assembled antique fabric samples in a mix of printed paisleys, floral, and foulards in mainly wool challis, cotton and a few silks. The book indicates it is ranging from 1890-1920, but many of the Prussian Blue and Prussian Green challis prints are much earlier c1845. The book is in fair condition with a split binding, the samples are in good condition. The book is This fabric sample collection was the property from a well known NYC textile and garment design archive which provided design and concept inspiration to fashion and textile designers around the world for more than 25 years. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5 each. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for an International Shipping Quote BEFORE the auction.
