- Lot Description
Antique 19th Century Textile Swatch Book -Jacquards and Brocades from the 1890s era with Lyon Jacquards . Antique textile swatchbook is self- assembled fabric sample book features approximately 460 antique Victorian silk brocades and jacquards in an array of colors and patterns. The book is in fair condition with yellowed pages and a binding made of tape. The samples are in good condition with some showing signs of aging. This fabric sample collection was the property from a well known NYC textile and garment design archive which provided design and concept inspiration to fashion and textile designers around the world for more than 25 years. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first lot and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy. Each additional lot we can pack in the same box is $5 each. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or for an International Shipping Quote BEFORE the auction.
