Condition/Comments: 4-1/4” diameter. This is one of just a few foreign brands represented in this catalog. Guinness has long been imported into the U.S. so it made perfect sense for the importer/bottler to issue a tip tray as a form of advertising in this country. The tray was manufactured by the U.S. firm H.D. Beach‰ÛÓnot overseas‰ÛÓfor the Burke brothers who bottled Guinness in New York. This makes the tray a hybrid of sorts: a foreign brand advertised on an American tray. It is in very good condition. There is a bit of crazing to the paint, especially on the rim, and the commonly-found edge chipping.See descriptionCondition
