Information provided by the Artist: Ric Ambrose has served in numerous curatorial and executive roles in the museum profession, managing art collections of historical and contemporary art and curating over 300 exhibitions in art, science, and history at Sangre de Cristo Arts Center, Pueblo, CO; Fresno Metropolitan Museum, Fresno, CA; Clay Center for the Arts and Science, Charleston, WV; Pacific Art League, Palo Alto, CA; Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley; and Richmond Art Center, Richmond, CA. A practicing artist, Ambrose’s large drawings have been exhibited in museums, art centers and galleries across the country including in private and public collections. He has taught studio art at Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO; West Virginia State University, Charleston WV; and Arapahoe Community College, Littleton, CO.
To pick up your artwork at the Crocker Art Museum, appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for Sunday, June 9 and Monday, June 10. A weblink to reserve your pick-up time will be sent to you upon payment of your invoice. Buyers may also ship their work at their own expense. Email artauction@crockerart.org for more information.
